Organic Bamboo Terry as top core, super soft to the touch and with natural antibacterial properties from Bamboo tree.
1 layer insert of microfibre terry, super thirsty material will hold liquid well.
Back layer is PUL which is leakage proof, so you do not need to worry.
**The white bamboo terry core will wash very well, but if blood discharges, please pre-wash by hand in cold water before storing it to wash with your laundry. The cold water will prevent stain to set. You may need to use additional stain remover, which you can choose which one best works for your skin. I would advise just simple rubbing some bicarbonate soda which is natural and excellent stain remover. No chemicals!
The pads can be washed with your laundry, but please do not use fabric conditioner as this will reduce the absorbency of your pads. The scent will also build up and could cause skin irritation.
The package is minimalist and environmentally friendly, on large letter paper box. Delivery is free for UK.
Care:
Very easy to care for, after use fold and keep with your laundry basket for the laundry day. I preferably keep mine in one big bag (open) just with my used pads.
Before putting to wash, I advise putting all in a bucket with water and a little laundry powder to soak for 30 minutes or so - Remember cold water as this will avoid stains to set (Hot water increase the risks of settling stains!). Rinse off and put to wash full cycle in your washing machine.
If blood, you may need scrubbing or using stain remover, but as natural alternative, just scrub some baking soda.
You can hand wash or washing machine your pads, up to 40C, preferably by 30C.
We recommend to air dry.
Do not iron
Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
Enjoy your pads as they are super comfortable and if you care as instructed, they will last good 5 years minimum, saving you a lot of money and saving our environment from plastic disposable pads.
